There are a couple of things to know: if you plan to cook, know that the apartment has no stove! There is a hot plate that does not heat extremely well, but she also has a microwave, a toaster oven, an instant pot, and a coffee pot for your use, plus plenty of utensils, etc. Also, there really isn't a central "hangout" space to lounge and watch TV. It was perfectly located for restaurants and where the graduation venue was being held. Instructions were all very clear and very helpful. We would highly recommend this property."

"The house was fine. We had an issue with the person living in apartment. The instructions said we could only park 2 cars on front of house. All others had to park in back of house in garage. Return garage door opener to kitchen. The woman had parked her car in the middle of garage. Someone not on our party parked in front of house. So we parked a car on driveway. She was not happ. Woke us all up early ringing doorbell. Complaining. Tried to explain. She wasn’t having any of it"

"We arrived there was ice on the walkway down slope to get to the door. This was a little dangerous but the host found a bunchnof mats to throw on top of the ice.We were surprised it only had 2 bedrooms. When it was listed as a 3 bedroom. So one of us had to stay on the couch. Kithen refrigerator also needed cleaned out. Stuff with mold in the drawers and just alot of partially used stuff."

"The staff was very courteous and friendly. One member told me about how to get to scenic sites easily and took the time to detail facts about the area and others near Castle Rock. Breakfast was fair but it was filling. Rooms were comfortable."
