“When researching the rentals available in the Hat Creek area, I had something special in mind. A surprise birthday trip for my husband Matt. He's an avid fly fisher and had not fished Hat Creek since the 1990s. The cabin's location seemed perfect and the VRBO pictures sealed the deal. As others have indicated the renovation is great from furniture, flooring, even wall color, to nature paintings and sculptures throughout. Mustn't forget Hi Tech abounds. Everything worked as advertised and made……

“Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again.”

“The property is located on 2 acre land with apple trees, a pond, game room and the beautiful terrace home. Deers wonder around the property all day long which was a lovely site for kids and adults equally. The house was cozy and comfy. Nicole had turned on the fire before our arrival that made our arrival and evening stay very comfortable. Nicole was very prompt in answering questions and providing support we needed. The only feedback is that bunk bed bedroom gets very cold at night. It……

“We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again”

“Our goal was to see a number of the waterfalls, and this property is close to 3 nice ones. The property is big, the house comfortably sleeps 8 people and has lots of space to sit and hang around. The game room is a super nice addition, next to the pond, the pets (Dax the dog is fun!) and the on property walks, with a peek at Shasta peek. We used the barbecue a lot and just enjoyed this place. We will come again if we are in the neighborhood!!”
