“De woning op zich was prima, ruim genoeg en schoon. Ik vind de prijs kwaliteit verhouding te groot, zo is er geen tuin bij de woning. Wel een klein terras met weinig privacy, het mooie uitzicht wordt compleet tenietgedaan door een dorre heg.Verder waren er 2 kleine theedoeken(?) dat is echt te weinig voor 2 weken verblijf..ook geen vuilniszakken op voorraad,geen vaatwastabletten extra. Dat zijn toch de extra dingen die je mag verwachten voor de prijs die gevraagd wordt voor deze woning.Het……

“The house was well sized and decorated and equipped with all appliances required and aircon for every room so was very comfortable. The balcony at front and garden at back was very useful for catching or avoiding sun at appropriate times of day. Some minor issues with coffee maker and fridge which were replaced quickly when reported and always had a mesage before anyone came to the property The pool was nice (sunloungers a bit dated) and we played tennis a few times when not too hot Loved……

“We chose Morada Sol without ever having visited Portugal as a place to have a post-Covid vacation for a group of six college friends and our families (20 adults and teens in total!). The younger kids stayed at the house below and we stayed in the larger house. We cooked and ate huge, wine-fueled dinners at the stone table, watched Euro Cup in the living room, swam in the pool, picked ripe plums from the garden, and went on wonderful day trips. The staff was very responsive and helpful-- helped……

“Lovely hotel, great service, friendly staff. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to and from Cascais town (not on weekends) although it is a lovely walk along the coastline. The bar staff make great cocktails!”
