"This place was the best. Dawn was great too. We had an issue with our TV and she was most accommodating, to the point she was willing to change our room. It didn't come to that. Dawn even let us get treats for our trouble. The breakfast was awesome too. I can't say enough about this Hotel it was really home away from home. "

"My husband and I attended the Rock The Country concert festival on the weekend. The hotel was great, and the staff was excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, and the interstate is close, too. "

"Staff was friendly. Our room was clean. However there was a septic smell n the bathroom. Water in shower was hot and had good pressure. The beds and pillows was actually some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. AC worked well. Breakfast was simply but had what I wanted and plus it was free!!! TV was up to date and a decent size. Not a lavish hotel by no means but for the price it was worth it. "

"Courtyard by Marriott Cartersville was an excellent property to stay at. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Jason the front desk supervisor was so professional and courteous.
