“The property seemed a little dated, was basic but had everything we needed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was good. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants ”

“Inside: The property is very nice inside with a full 'fridge, a two burner stove, a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom and bed area are very nice with nice lighting (motion activated lights in some places). The sofa is a little awkward, both in placement and size (it is a very shallow couch, not really lounge-worthy). But the couch is the only complaint I have about the room. Outside: The property is in a developing area, so there is a lot of construction. However, there are also a lot of new……

“The hotel and staff was great. They did loose power for about twelve hours one day. Nothing they could had known or done. They got it fixed and compensated accordingly. Great dining in the area. A clean city. The down side was loud car revving and burnouts through out the night. Concerning was the high visibility and amount of armed security officers. This was through out the city. Also the pat downs to get into some bars/clubs.”

“Staff was awesome from the cleaning staff to the ladies taking care of the breakfast each morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Charlotte area.”

“Nice place and nice staff but exterior needs serious cleaning or power wash plus my window view was covered in cobwebs and dirt. It’s gotta be the first resort I’ve stayed at with no fridge- oh they have a mini bar fridge loaded with overpriced amenities but you can’t even stick a bottle of water in it to keep cold! And if you like a coffee first thing in your room you’ll need to throw on a robe and head to the lobby- complimentary yes, inconvenient absolutely. Only 1 restaurant onsite as……

“We had a great stay at the Drury Inn at Arrowood! It is very convenient to I-77 and I-485 and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The free food and drinks every night is an incredible perk of this hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. We love staying at Drury Inn whenever we travel!”

“The hotel is older and could use updating. The room was fine, seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in our bathtub did not seal all the way when turning it to shower. The service at the front desk was not too friendly or helpful with questions. Don’t expect any recommendations from them about places or transportation options. Overall it met our needs for the one night we stayed. I probably would choose a different place if I went back to the area.”

“For being a newer hotel in the Southpark Area, felt like the cleanliness and quality of the hotel has gone backwards, from when we visited when it first opened. There were areas of the room that you could tell was not vacuumed properly and were scuff marks all over the wall. There was obvious wear and tears in the room that they tried to cover…but made it look worse. However, on the flip side. Location was close to where we needed to be. Not too crowded.”
