Almost fine—- a few little weird things: I wasn’t permitted into the lobby for check in as it was later in the evening. The reception staff attendant was polite and apologetic. But with a valid room rented and money, and credentials- I thought it an odd practice not to welcome a guest into the lobby for check in. I asked if the neighborhood was safe. He replied “It can get pretty bad” … not a great sign.. The room was perfectly clean and adequate for a night’s stay.. It’s a motel- and they could benefit from providing some shampoo- but, for the price, it was up to standards. They sent a peculiar precautionary email in advance of the stay- which stated that room deposits may not be returned aka forfeited if not addressed within a specific mid-day 3 hour time frame. I was told this was specifically for cash deposits.. but honestly it still felt.. weird and I will follow up with my bank to ensure the deposit is released. Overall I’d recommend the stay for economy.. but not a place I’d bring a date.

This hotel is super close to everything, restaurants, beach and easy off and on the freeway. I remember it use to be a motel 6 it’s definitely been upgraded. Check in was very easy and staff friendly.

This hotel is very dirty. The bedsheets looked dirty and the flooring seemed like it has never been cleaned for a while. The first room that we were given has a toilet that wasn't working... no water pressure so it could be flushed. The room that we transferred to was also below standard. This hotel needs to be inspected by the health dept. .
