"Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times. "We absolutely loved staying at this cozy spot right in the heart of Capitola Village. It had everything we needed and fit our family of 3 + a pup perfectly. The host was super responsive and all went smoothly. The only drawback is that the hot water smells a bit when you first turn it on. Not sure how you would fix that though. "Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. "We three adults stayed here for 2 nights. It was charming and in a good location. Having the bathroom attached to the bedroom was ok for us but not great. The sofa bed in the living room was broken. I managed ok on it but a large person and certainly 2 would not. It's a sweet place for up to 3-4 people if they share a bed--definitely cozy--(great shower!)"
