"Feels like we found a secret hideaway. We loved the place on the Cape and the “crowd less” beaches. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing on the Cape was an ice cream store with homemade ice cream! Definitely a treasure!"

"The views were incredible from all levels. The second bedroom view was of the bay. Very clean and nice beachy decor. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is right over the water and we liked to sit on the screened deck or upstaiirs deck and enjoy the sights and sound of the waves"

"We decided to treat our 5 employees to a visit to the Cape on our way home from a Convention in Orlando. We only stayed for 3 nights, but the house was perfect for our crew. We wish that we could have stayed longer. The house was beautifully decorated and the elevator was very handy for getting all of our luggage upstairs. I absolutely love the kitchen! The master bedroom and bathroom were pretty amazing too! Having a private balcony from the master bedroom overlooking the ocean was a very nice amenity. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!"

"Great location within walking distance to local amenities. I read the reviews about the furniture being old and outdated, and it was, but not a huge problem. Unfortunately, the pool was disgusting and I could see the neighbors sparkling clean pools from the balcony. The A/C went out on our second day there and they had someone out to fix it the next day. The beach was beautiful and it was super convenient to walk right out and be in the sand. The house was spacious and generally clean despite being a little outdated. Housekeeping surprised us with Easter eggs and a small basket since we arrived on Easter...it was super sweet! We would definitely go back."

"Positives: Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Access to beach was great. Functionality of stuff in house was excellent. Kitchen was sufficiently furnished. Beds were comfortable. Negatives: Property management would not allow us early check in even though the previous renter had checked out 4 days before we arrived. A little consideration given we had my 2.5 yr old granddaughter with us would have been much appreciated. The 3rd bathroom off the laundry room was locked even though it was advertised as being accessible. We managed to get the door open and found the bathroom had not been cleaned. We used it anyway as an extra restroom as to not have to intrude on the occupants of the master bath. A very large bear (my son saw him) visited our trash cans twice and we had to rebag and clean up after him. After contacting 360Blue, we were allowed to move the trash cans to the fenced in back yard. Would have been nice to have been warned of the bears prior to check in because I had walked my little 10 pound dog about an hour before the bear visit. Summary: Despite the negatives, the property is very nice, and I would have no problem recommending others to stay here. We had a great vacation."
