Spectacular house with Amazing view
Loved our stay! I wish I had another week just to take it in all again. I can’t even describe the water view of the pool/backyard. Nothing short of breath taking. The house was spotless. The kitchen was gorgeous. Anybody who enjoys cooking, will enjoy this beauty. Loved the layout, The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house, making it easy for those of us who had to “work” while on vacation time, could step out to the covered patio, get comfortable at a beautiful table and work until you finally give in to the hot tub or pool. When done with the pool, beautiful lawn furniture was at your service. No need to overpack as you have a washer/dryer to use. Make sure you read the “information” binder that’s on the foyer table. They did a great job of telling you everything you might need to know. I’m sorry that I had to take a “point” off of “overall rating”. There was a problem with the hot tub’s “bubbler”. It wouldn't stay on, making for a “cold” hot tub. Management was always easy to get ahold of, sending someone out. It worked for a while, but then wouldn’t turn on the next day. Hopefully it was functioning for the next guest. Would we stay again? ABSOLUTELY! It truly was one the best restful places yet! Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks to all.

We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Great neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Only complaint is no shades or curtains in the bathroom window facing the street, we put a pillow in it.

Home for a week- Memories forever!
This gorgeous home with great views of canals and the great Florida skies is a keeper for sure. The home was spotless and so inviting the moment we walked in the door. We experienced a couple of very minor issues and the contact person was on it immediately. The pool and spa didn’t disappoint.We even received a thank you email to acknowledge the owner’s appreciation of us taking such good care of the place. stayed in a lot of rental homes and this one was one of the best!

Awesome stay!
Arrival was super easy. Hot tub and pool pump were not functioning when we arrived but was fixed within two days - Jim was very responsive. House was very clean and kitchen/bathroom/laundry was well stocked. Neighbourhood was very quiet, can't really walk to anything but lots of dining options within a short drive. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and even saw a dolphin one morning! Only con for us was that the smoke alarms were in a cupboard in the laundry room so we had to search for them and then find strategic places to put them near the bedrooms.

Roy Hobbs Baseball
We were in town for the Roy Hobbs baseball tournament in Fort Myers. We decided to stay in a house instead of a condo on the beach. We were not sorry at all. It was a lovely house and we really enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool. We are right on one of the channels. A nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay hear again.

Property was immaculate upon arrival. Beautiful new appliances, with fully stocked kitchen. Lanai and pool were amazing, and we spent most of our time at home in those two places. I had a question about the pool, and Jim was super friendly and we had a pleasant conversation. Everything was exactly what we expected after reading the listing. I would definitely stay here in any future trips to the area. Loved it!

Great Vacation!
Views and location are amazing. Close to supermarkets and eateries. The spa was completely green when we arrived; however, pool maintenance was on the premise working the problem. The pool/spa’s written heater instructions were challenging, it took a couple of hours to to get the hang of it, but it was smooth sailing afterwards. Pool maintenance came by once a week and treated the water with chlorine, which meant out of the water for 45 mins to an hour, no big deal. House has just about everything you will need. Be mindful of the electricity allowance. Grill pilot lighter ignition didn’t work so had to do it the old fashion way. We definitely enjoyed the stay and recommend! Those sunsets are amazing!

Wonderful vacation
The house was just as pictured and sunsets in the pool were even better. Everything was very clean and plenty of kitchen tools. We enjoyed our stay and mostly grilled and ate at home. Farmer Joe's market is worth the drive at the beginning of your stay to set up food for the week. They have the best quality and selection around. The rental team was great to communicate with and we would gladly stay again but this house is almost always booked way in advance. Grabit if you can.

Great location! Rented a boat and had immediate access to river. House had it all for me and my family. Pool and Spa were immaculate, kids had awesome time fishing from dock, plenty of space for everyone to have their own time. Favorite part of this house was hanging out on the Lanai all day while kids splashed in the pool.

Great Stay!
The property was as described and pictured. Very comfortable furniture and beds. We used the pool everyday. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having the bikes to ride. Great communications and property manager. A pedal on one of the bikes fell off and he fixed it within two hours of being contacted.

Relaxing Get Away
We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances. It is a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Bread Pete and Rum Runners were restaurants we visited and they were excellent. We ordered pizza from Two meatballs which was also fantastic! The highlight was seeing Iguanas from the backyard and wild rabbits on our daily walks.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Location is great. We went to 6 different beaches in 5 days. We would definitely stay again.

First off, the house is fantastic - clean, spacious, good location and tranquil on an evening when you just want to chill beside the pool. There are 2 good sized bedrooms with excellent bathrooms plus a smaller bedroom. The lounge is very comfortable and the kitchen attached to it has plenty of space, a good sized refrigerator and an excellent cooker. Restaurants are nearby - you rarely have to travel more than a few miles to have at least 30 to choose from. It couldn't really get any better - a home from home.
