“We loved this hotel location and convenience. We also appreciated the layout of the family bunk room which gave us plenty of space and comfortable beds. The rooftop restaurant and bar is terrific too. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, especially Saray who helped multiple times with interpreting train schedules, routes, and ticket purchases to the Vall de Nuria in the Pyranees. We had a great stay!”

“Second time at Bemate apartments but this time stayed for 3 nights. I didn’t realise towels were not changed during stay so found this really disappointing. When requested from reception, they sent the housekeeper who refused to give us more towels. Reception staff are welcoming and respond to messages. Apartment was clean and modern with a lovely terrace.”

“Everything is near perfection here, from the location to the service. Only two things were a bit inconvenient: one is that despite having an elevator, there is a flight of stairs before reaching it. The staff does help with carrying the luggage up and down the stairs, but it would be better if this is stated in the hotel description. The second is that the bedrooms are a bit small because the beds already occupy three fourths of the rooms. There isn’t much space for suitcases and we had to leave……

A quick taxi ride away. Booked a deluxe suite with separate living area. Large bedroom with a very comfortable king bed (2 twins together). Lot of amenities.”
