Extended our vacation for 2 days and picked this hotel for its location. Arrived early, and our room was ready. Reception team, bellboy, buffet host, and waiters were very friendly, informative, and provided a great service. Food is fresh with limited options, but everything tasted good. Room with ocean view was clean and the view was beautiful. Pool area was clean and plenty of seating. Beach area very relaxing (cabana extra charge). Made reservations for their "El Mortero Restaurant" absolutely loved it. Food, service, and the live Mariachis were fantastic. Nightlife is within walking distance less than 2 mins at a leisurely pace. Do to the hotels location, expect a younger crowd (bit noisy, rowdy at times), there are also plenty of families with kids, might get splashed a few times do to kids jumping/playing in the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our time, would return, but for a similar short stay. Want to thank the hotel staff that took the time to provide us with a piece of cake and a bottle of wine in celebration of my wife's birthday. An extra touch that made her smile.

The pool was dirty, the beach bar does not exist, and the ambiance was terrible.

Hotel was dirty. The AC was not working and we still haven’t gotten back a refund from our stay since we canceled.

The a/c didnt work the whole time we were here and the water had issues cold or hot

Primero que nada , el check in super tardado, los baños necesitan reparacion, la comida no es buena, si quieres pedir camarones es un cobro de 600 pesos, el servicio al cuarto cobran 90 pesos, tienes que salirte de la alberca para ir a comer,no te llevan snacks a los camastros, en general muy malo para el precio
