We loved the place . I loved the swimming pool area , they had a rest area under the trees was so relaxing . The restaurant was deliciosas , great service . Rafael from the front desk was so professional and polite. The only thing that was confusing was when we called to get directions to wait for the shuttle . The person we spoke to wasn’t very clear or we couldn’t understand. Maybe if they had signes at the airport we could fallow . But other that that great !!!

Overall we had a great stay at the Courtyard. Check in was easy and smooth. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Daily breakfasts were very good! We really appreciate the shuttle service however the pickup area at the airport could be more clearly defined. The taxis will try to confuse you and sell you a ride and since there isnt a Marriott rep standing outside, if you don’t know the airport well, you are at the mercy of being mis directed by people with ulterior motives to where the shuttle actually is.

I was happy with the hotel shuttle, once I figured out the transportation system in Cancun. The hotel restaurant provided what I was looking for, both for lunch and dinner. I was traveling alone and didn’t feel comfortable venturing out to eat, so the hotel gave me the safety and security I needed. The pool was outdoors and I didn’t want to be in the sun so opted not to swim, but several customers seemed to be enjoying the pool.

Booked cause of the distance from airport. We simply loved the breakfast, one of my best all these years traveling to Cancun. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
