Property was exactly as photos and even better; room was very clean and walkways smelled amazing! Ideal for an overnight stay to go to the airport as rooms aren’t very big but does it for a night or two comfortably. Loved the airport shuttle service. My first night on arrival I experienced some over charge but the manager gave me my change and offered a free night stay for the mistake by his kitchen staff on pricing. Be sure to check your change and cost of items as language barrier can cause mishaps. Also be sure to check if you are at the right location before your driver leaves you as there are multiple city express hotels in the area all in close proximity! Would definitely stay again!

It’s ok for what the price is, needed an overnight stay close to the airport and the property met my expectations for that. Staff barely spoke English, the hotel didn’t offer early check in which sucks we had to wait about 2 hours in the lobby and others waited longer. Then the check in process is so slow never has it taken 20 minutes just to check in. The property has room service which was a plus as we were too tired to go anywhere and the food was decent. Also there was a shuttle service to the airport and that was great we needed to leave at 4am and the shuttle was prompt and waiting for us as we came down. Will I book again? Ehhh perhaps

I was delivered to wrong hotel after showing reservation to cab driver. Hotel staff said it was up to me to taxi to correct property, refused to provide shuttle, said if i could cancel existing reservation (impossible of course) then i could book where i was. Third staff finally stepped in and got reservation cancelled at their other hotel. They were initially quite unhelpful

We needed a hotel before and after our resort stay for a music festival and this place was perfect. It is close to the airport with a free shuttle and breakfast. The staff was friendly and most spoke English. The hotel is brand new, is clean, and even had a cute pool. My only issue was the room didn't have wash cloths. I definitely recommend it if that's all I can gripe about.

Excelente ubicación para las personas que tenemos que ir al aeropuerto lo recomiendo ampliamente bonita la propiedad así como excelente servicio de transportación al aeropuerto y puedes dejar tu auto en el estacionamiento techado pagando los días de estancia súper accesible El Precio lo recomiendo y es nuevo el hotel, la Amabilidad de los empleados excelente.

Excelente hotel muy accesible hacia el aeropuerto tienen 24 horas traslados hotel-aeropuerto-hotel te comunicas a recepción y en menos de 10 min pasan por ti al aeropuerto el lugar muy limpio muy agradable está excelente el personal muy amable

La app envía a city express suites el chico encargado de recepción el día de ayer 04 de enero, aprox en el turno de las 8 pm que llegamos nos indicó de una forma muy grosera que ese no era el hotel que correspondía a la reserva de expedía, se negó a darnos un teléfono para contactar al alojamiento ya que atráves de la app de expedía no contestaron, y también se negó muy groseramente a que la camioneta de transportación del hotel nos llevará al alojamiento correcto que “es parte de la misma cadena” el trato fue insultante, grosero y despota, no recomiendo para nada esta cadena y adicional a que al llegar al alojamiento correcto no quisieron respetar la reserva realizada y pagada por expedía para 4 personas, nos hicieron firmar un documento en donde las personas adicionales se cobran excedente variando el costo que expedía promociona y el que ellos aplican en 1000 pesos aproximadamente PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE PERSONAL! Absolutamente NO LO RECOMIENDO
