"Really nice BnB. The room was large and clean. We stayed in the Parker suite. Large jacuzzi tub in the center room. The breakfasts were excellent 4 course meals. I’d like the coffee to be stronger but that’s a personal preference. This is a nice location. Don’t worry about not staying in town or on the water front because either of these are easily accessible by car and the town and waterfront do not meet each other geographically, so you’ll need transportation either way. "

"We stayed here for the 2024 Eclipse. This house is big! The seven bathrooms are a huge plus. The outside space is well equipped with a table, chairs, seating area, fire pit and additional heater and a grill. Highly recommend this completely remodeled farm house."

"Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."

"WOW! The pictures do not do this property justice- it really is so beautiful. I stayed with a group of 15 for my friend's Bachelorette celebration and this house had enough beds, bathrooms, and amenities to make the weekend spectacular. The booking process was easy and everyone at Lupton was extremely friendly and kind- especially Kailey who provided suggestions and was incredible throughout the whole process! "The house was great. I came from Florida and other family members from Maryland to see the solar eclipse. Unfortunately, the cloud cover made it impossible to see the main event. Otherwise a good family get together."
