"Property should only accommodate no more than 8 people stay. Two rooms downstairs doesn’t have heating(Too cold to stay in winter). No Salt, Black pepper, Cooking oil, Coffee, Sugar, and Cream for coffee, etc.etc."

"A nice little cabin in a nice neighborhood. It has all the necessary amenities for a quick get away in the woods. Perfect place if you are wanting to have fun in the snow during winter. The host is extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. We are definitely going to re-consider this place for our next visit to Alta Sierra."

"It was nice and private of which we really enjoyed!! The view on the front porch was very nice, we had coffee there every morning and really enjoyed it!! I gave a 3 for cleanliness as there was a lot of cobwebs that could be swept down. The description was fairly accurate with the exception of the driveway was very steep making finding it in the dark a bit of a challenge. Overall we had a good visit and we would definitely rent it again! Thank you!!"

"-Very unsafe feeling when you first arrive, you will pass by neighboring properties with lots of junk piles in the yards...think movie "Wrong turn" -Surroundings are very unmaintained with lots of tall dry brush weeds -There were snakes near the covered patio, we couldnt even use the area which happened to be the highlight of why we chose this house"

"The cottage was decorated with excellent taste, and equipped with everything we needed. Host was very gracious (via text amd email) including reaching out with an offer to supply cold weather gear when it snowed unexpectedly. Nice grace notes included extra blankets, excellent heating/ac (not that we needed the ac, but the system was nice), an adorable vintage-look fridge/freezer, and a welcome package that truly made us feel like guests."

"This was the perfect quarantine vacation! Literally 4 miles down the road from Cedar Breaks. There was almost no one around, so we had no trouble social distancing. The kitchen was amply stocked and perfect for our needs. We would totally stay here again."
