“This hotel is very very remote from the town and its inside the jungle and you need to take a shuttle car to the hotel from the hotel entrance like 6 to 8 minutes but the shuttle car is not always available. If you want to stay away from noisy and want to stay inside a jungle it is perfect for. If you want to tour around the place but if you dont have a car, it is not accessible to anywhere. have a swimming pool and provide breakfast, hotel entrance has a bar restaurant and a coffee shop and you……

“The check-in was a nightmare. The guards at the front gate will not let us in!! We hit a dead end. There was no help desk. There was no communication between the property owner and expedia. We were required a QR code, which were not provided to us prior. We have a pay an extra night to get a temporary unit for the night, it was so late. The security officer suggested to get us a condo from a 3rd party seller. I have travelled the world, Europe, USA and central America. This is the worst……

“Location of the unit is good but we Ask for 3 people to stay but gave only 2 BABY/ TODDLER blankets and 2 towels as there is additional charge for the 3rd towel. The unit smells gross, musty or roach smell needs to be clean thoroughly.”

“They scammed me ..i paid through expedia and the refuse to let me on property even though i had confirmation numbers and emails.. didnt have phone services and had to purchase different room at resort .. person over maui stayed hidden until after i paid for other room.. been trying to request a full refund i was there and got scammed ”

“Worst place I’ve ever booked through Expedia!Would never recommend!the owner wasn’t clear of how many people can stay and worst part is the “security” is trying to make money off you and charges you for ”one extra guest” more than what you actually paid for the place. If you want to spend time with your family clearly don’t book it here because they’re not family friendly. I seldom write a bad review but I’m very, very disappointed of this place. I travel a lot and by far I’ve had the worst……

“Yohan’s Coolspace Tagaytay is a wonderful property with a 23 floor building which has a lovely view over lovely Tagaytay. The representative Kay is friendly, kind and hospitable. We have stayed for several weeks in various rooms, each being clean comfortable with all amenities. I highly recommend Yohan’s Coolspace for travelers visiting beautiful Tagaytay.”

“The restaurant food is good and reasonable. But the unit that we have room210 is terrible. The bathroom curtain is so filthy. There’s mosquitoes inside and I was bitten several times . The area rugs are so dirty. The toiletries are very low.”

“住宿分多座，但是第一次入住的客人全無概念，的士司機也找不到。要到處問，找了差不多半小時才找到入住的地方。 客人要在接待處放下ID card過夜。這做法很奇怪。 游泳池在維修，不能使用。 房間內感覺不錯，寧靜、舒適。但是浴室花灑壞、熱水爐壞。 住宿離mall 約步行十分鐘，離火車站約13分鐘，尚算可以。但這城市較為落後，可能不太適合自由行旅客。”
