Staff was friendly and accomodating. We got in late at 11pm and there was a private party going on. They automatically upgraded us to a suite on the 7th floor so we wouldn't be bothered with the loud music, and they kept it at the same rate! Which was awesome! And since we came in late, valet was full due to the party so the valet attendant gave us his parking spot right in the front. We ended up extending an extra night. The room was awesome as well. We had a kitchen that came in handy when we really didn't expect to use it. So that was really nice! I highly recommend Hyatt House, we would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The room is clean and the area is quite, but there is no chair or sofa in the room. You either lay down on the bed or stand on the floor. You have no place to sit.

The floors were dirty in our room. The toilet was very low and hard to get up and there was no water pressure. The electricity went out. PG&E restored after 9pm. The girl that checked us in was very personable and communicative and she remembered us from March of this year which was impressive.
