The staff was lovely and very helpful. The gounds were beautiful and beautifully maintained. We didn't have towels some days and had to request them. The room didn't have much storage, though.

The staff was very friendly, able to answer questions and constantly cleaning. The area is walkable to the main strip in Puerto Viejo. My friend and I were concerned before we arrived because questions about a shuttle took over a week for a response, but everything was fine once we got there.
There was a power outage in town for about 4 hours. There was no backup generator, but we were still able to get breakfast.

Amazing hospitality: delicious breakfast. The dinners at Num were exceptional and reasonably priced. The area surrounding the boutique hotel was a bit sketchy however.

It was a marvelous stay. Nice property, excellent breakfasts bed and services. Front desk staff Marisol and Rodneys’ kind care was mirrored by the rest of the staff.

Nice property and nice hotel: amazing breakfast also walkable; few inside repairs need to made but nothing especial, good place for rest
