“It’s a beautiful hotel, well appointed. Valet service only when you arrive. Our room was updated and clean. Sheets were soft and pillows- comfortable mattress. The restaurant was lovely to eat at with partial views of the waterfall. The hotel is within walking distance to other shops and restaurants and there are walkable trails by the waterfall. I’m only gripe is there was no pool because the weather was great and it would have been relaxing to sit by. ”

“Nice hotel, pre pay parking from Expedia- it’s $5 on here or $16/night if you don’t prepay. Very walkable to anything you’d want in downtown Greenville. We had an executive suite and the bed/pillows were the comfiest I’ve had staying in a hotel. Very nice room size! Just with they had free breakfast. ”

“The entire building and rooms were very clean. The beds are very comfortable and enjoyed how spacious the room and bathroom is. The continental breakfast is delicious with lots of options. ”

“Hotel location is excellent, and the WiFi is also good for its speed and way to access. There was a false fire alarm during my stay. The staff handled this situation pretty well. ”

“Great service overall. The only drawback was having to have cash only as the deposit even if the room is pre-paid. Fortunately, they do have an ATM in the lobby. Very friendly staff.”

“We Found someone’s food leftover in the fridge which is really disgusting and then the staff come in without any apology, after cleanup, we said thank you but she didn’t say anything really no manners at all and left”

“Needs an upgrade”

“The room was clean but it looked like the hallways had not been vacuumed much. There were unsupervised children in the pool.”

“This cabin was perfect for rest and relaxation. It was very clean and well stocked. ”

“Me and my little family decided to take a quick trip for the long weekend. We enjoyed this spacious home and the sounds of nature. Our host was so friendly and supplied us with everything we needed and more for our stay. We enjoyed the frozen pizzas left for us in their fridge, it was perfect for when we got in! The place was easy to find, the goats, and chickens were all very welcoming. Despite the thunderstorm that hit us on our last day, the stay was exactly what we all needed.”

“I recommend on adding more counter surfaces and hooks for keys and perhaps hang utensils. Cooking is difficult under the current set up. Also look into the existing heater installed in the bedroom...the label shows it should not be installed in bedroom.”
