Check in took quite a long time - at one point, there were seven people in cue to check in with the one receptionist - BUT my guess is that this was an exception. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.”

“Firstly all clients should be informed about parking, outside car parking is always full and without any space available, if u want you can park inside the hotels yard but u need to pay12£ per night ‘ that’s fine but should be on the website this fee as well . Per total the experience was really nice.”

“Really lovely comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fast running and hot bath, but toilet roll fell on the floor every time due to faulty holder, very bad signposting of rooms, both from reception and particularly from main hotel, could still be there wandering the corridors if we hadn’t come across a staff member, didn’t try breakfast, staff were good. Facilities for kids in the main hotel were fantastic at half term, very family friendly, reasonably priced alternative to the large main hotel”
