Relax with the whole family at this serene Lake Lanier cottage! Conveniently situated just minutes from the renowned Lake Sidney Lanier! Take a short 7-minute drive to the historic downtown Buford or a short 7-minute drive to the serene lakeside park of Buford Dam! It's only 14 minutes from Margaritaville at Lanier Islands.

Relax in the living room and enjoy a family movie night on the Smart TV after a day at the lake or find solace in of the two bedrooms each equipped with a Smart TV.

The house includes 1 primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed located in the hallway. So, the house can comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 children.

A private on-suite bathroom with roll in shower and a 2nd full bathroom located in the hallway with a bathtub shower combination are stocked with hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and hair dryers.

The kitchen is fully furnished with seating for 4 on the dining room table, and an additional 2 guests on the kitchen island. You will find everything you need to indulge your taste buds with a delicious home cooked meal!

There is plenty of parking in the carport or driveway, and if you have a watercraft or boat there is a gravel driveway on the side of the carport that can fit your boat or watercraft perfectly!

Great Place to Stay
Everything was amazing! Was greeted every morning by about ten deer. The only thing I can recommend is to hang a small picture or something over the door where there is a hook.(Tried several times to kill it thinking it was a bug on the wall) LOL

Beautiful home with all we needed
Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Pedro was ready to help us. The house has the necessary appliances, supplies. Pedro even left some snacks for us. Nice details. I recommend it.
