This West Utica townhome will take your breath away. Amazing finishes throughout the home such as marble countertops, pine floors, stainless steel appliances and so much more. Generous amounts of sunlight occur throughout the day making for a very cozy stay.

You have the entire back unit to yourself as shown in the photos with a private entrance with smart locks.

A fourteen-foot-high cathedral ceiling with exposed beams lends a dramatic feel in the second floor. That atmosphere is bolstered by monumental light fixtures and ceiling fans above the rafters. Built-ins, like large double-sided drawers that can be opened from either the bedroom or the bathroom, make for sensible, flexible storage. The master bathroom’s large walk-in shower has multiple shower heads. A stone wall adds pleasing visual and textural intrigue.

There is memory foam king bed upstairs that guests rave about. Everyone also gets a towels.

Sometimes a reprieve from sightseeing is needed and you just need to re-watch that Game of Thrones episode. I have an HDTV with a Roku where you can access your accounts on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBONow. There is also a table with ample space and fast Internet if you need to get work done.

You will not find a more unique stay in Buffalo and my girlfriend and I would love to host you!

When we walked in it was breath taking. The updates to the 1890’s house are truly beautiful. Everything we needed was available. The location is perfect. The host was very responsive.

Stayed at this lovely property for a day trip to Niagara Falls (Canada) - the drive was scenic - Elmwood is a charming town in it's own with lots of food options (wish we had more time to check it out). Easy check in and out.

Amazing Host and Great Unit and Location
Originally booked the unit for arrival on 12/21/22 and out 12/25/22. Needless to say, the blizzard of 2022 had something to say about that. Ended up staying through 12/29/22 The host was amazing, communicating throughout the whole blizzard, worked with us to extend our stay. Not enough positive comments for the host and the communication during such a difficult time. Unit itself is great, everything that you could possibly need, well laid out and very private. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Just an awesome experience. Thank you !!!!!

BUFFALO NY STAY
Apartment was very nice, clean, and pretty quiet. The host was very nice and helpful. Close to many restaurants , stores, with lots to do in the area, etc. The parking is awful as you are required to park on the street with very little opportunity to be able to park. As a single woman on a trip in not the best area, I did not like having to walk a half mile to the apartment at night. Other than the parking ~ my stay was fantastic!

Great central location
Very clean and upscale, complete with washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen, enclosed porch with dining table, and luxurious shower and sinks. Bedroom is upstairs with a very comfortable bed. The stairs are quite narrow, but fortunately there is a sturdy railing to hang on to and only street parking. But very comfortable all around.

Such a bright unique place!
We loved our stay! Place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had our coffee on the upper porch Saturday morning which was lovely. It was surprisingly quiet inside despite being pretty close to Elmwood and some hot spots. Restaurant recommendations were spot-on. We went to Inizio; the food and service were amazing. We walked all over and gathered wings then took the metro to key bank center for a concert. Location is great! We want to come back again and hit up some more restaurants!

Jon's apartment is exactly as it is portrayed in the listing. The king loft is airy and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, and a few drinks in the fridge. The only inconvenience was on street parking. But we knew about that before booking.

Great Location
Simple access, easy communication with owner, delightful decor, especially the upstairs area where bedroom is located. I had a very peaceful couple of nights sleep in the comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants in Elmwood Village.

Excellent location -- it's in the heart of a very happening area with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. But once you're inside the apartment, it's very quiet. Jon, the host, was very responsive throughout my stay (and this was the case even though he was out of town). Very comfortable bed.

Excellent location - sure beats a hotel room!!!
Jon provided an excellent accommodation! Perfect for a couple! We did have a little issue with ice/water in the driveway and entry way but that is being addressed in the Spring. The dining table is in the enclosed heated porch area rather than the inside living area which we didn't realize but we just cozied up to the coffee table for light meals so we could watch TV - it was not an issue😊. Jon is an excellent host and communicated quickly. We will definitely stay again! THANKS JON!

Since I didn’t read carefully the instructions about parking (we left the car on the street all night) I got a parking ticket. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay. We had everything we needed. We knew coming in the winter would be hard & it did limit places to go.

Short getaway
The property was exactly as described, beautifully appointed and clean. The architecture is very unique, preserving the old features with new, modern touches. Loved the colors. We had everything we needed to make for a real enjoyable stay. Thanks to the weather we even enjoyed some drinks on the upstairs deck. Jon was very thorough and quick to answer any questions. Definitely a great place to stay in Buffalo.

Their property is in Elmwood Village a very nice section of town. It’s located in a charming older home that Buffalo is noted for. It’s been updated with everything modernized but still has the character. . It’s in an excellent location and I would recommend anyone looking for a charming place to stay that this is the one. Jon the manager was very helpful and lots of fun suggestions..

Jon, the host was very hospitable. Loved the bright, cheery space. Very roomy for two people. The listing hints that an extra person could stay if you pay $15 extra/night. However, be aware there is a 2 person limit. The sleeper sofa is broken and no air mattress as shown in the listing.

Visited for Buffalo Garden Walk. Was a fun time. Could walk to many of the gardens. Also many good restaurants within walking distance. Host wa.s very helpful in answering questions and giving suggestions. The property was clean, and well furnished with all we needed for our stay.

Cozy Resting Stop Filled with Diversity
Let me share that my partner and I love traveling together. However, the pandemic slowed us completely down and we did not travel at all last year. So, being able to walk into this is a beautiful home and location after a year of cabin fever is blessing. Upon driving to the house we feel in love. The diverse was beauty. It is a big melting pot here! I love it! Black, Hispanic, White, Asain, Gay, Straight, Married, Single, Children laughter and playing on the street corners, open stores on every corner; I just loved the area! Then we met Jon and he was very hospitable. The house took our breath away. Everything was bright, clean, and cozy. The list of thing to do Jon supplied us with was nice and we found a beautiful boutique right up Utica called Black Monarchy. The owner was very pleasant. Sorry for the long review but this is truly a beautiful place if your looking to relax, hike, or go to the beautiful museums.
