The staff were lovely and helpful, especially with storing our luggage for a few days in advance so we wouldn't have to carry it during our short Montevideo trip! The reception area is really cool and stylish, would've been nice to have more time to hang out there! The place is on a busy corner downtown, so you can hear everything from the rooms but not from the reception area. Great if you want nice urban views, not great...
