"It was my mom's 75th birthday and so I decided to take her to a nice spa. And since we didn't live in the area, it was convenient to stay in the hotel and then just walk down to the spa wrapped in the bathrobe. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful. Clean and very well up kept. The lobby is nice and airy. But as soon as we got to the desk, they didn't have our reservation. Not sure what happened, because it was still active on my phone. Whether the hotel messed up or not, it took some...

"The reception staff & the shuttle driver at the hotel were great and super helpful, room was spacious and we'll equipped. The only downside of the hotel is that it was very noisy outside during the night and the room could use a bit more cleaning (dirty floor & toilet) "
