This is a very old property which has been sympathetically modernised. Spacious bedroom with lovely soft bedding. Good selections of tea, coffee and other drinks in the room. Staff were very attentive and the evening food gave good options on the menu which were well presented and tasty . We would stay again.

Lovely old inn very convenient for Bristol airport. Comfortable room with good facilities. No car park but easy access to free parking. Stairs up to rooms may be a little difficult for some, especially if handling luggage. Arrived on a Sunday & although I had checked availability of restaurant menus, there was very little choice. Will, however saved the day with excellent customer service & the chef certainly knows how to cook a superb Sunday lunch. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was just for one night as we were flying out the next day from Bristol Airport. The bear and swan was just ten minutes drive from the airport so that was perfect for us .The beds were excellent so comfortable and the room was clean and very nicely decorated.We had an excelent meal in the restaurant.Service was friendly the staff couldn't be more helpful .

Room was great, as was the food, but accommodation was let down by a messy backstairs access that is also used as a storage area = poor impression. Also, to charge extra for tea/coffee with breakfast felt a bit cheap; have never encountered that at other b&b pubs. Two areas for improvement!
