Next time I come back to Bristol, I’d definitely be staying in this hotel again! The bed is very comfy, the free milk machine is such a nice facility in the corridor, the welcome cookies were yummy, the service is good, the room is nice and clean.

We have brought in Daisy our milk dispenser to try and cut down on our plastic waste and as it's a new system we have just brought in it is great to get feedback from our guests.

Nice spa

We have stayed here before. This time check in was thankfully very quick which has not always been the case. Why they cannot get consistent with this I don't know. Restaurant particularly good, partly because we sat outside on the terrace in the fine weather.

Delighted to have a room upgrade on arrival to a junior suite

The staff were good. The room a little old fashioned and the bathroom needed an update. However everything was clean. It was great to stay in a hotel where they have fresh milk and water available for all guests in the machines along the hallway :)
I think the spa was very busy and not enough loungers.
