Beautiful log cabin in the wood, 5 min walk to a quiet beach.

Massive open floor plan with a huge covered porch overlooking Lake Superior. FULL GAME ROOM with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, stick hockey, or foose ball located in the basement next to the INDOOR SAUNA. 450 sqft screened in porch with lots of seating, open the doors and step out onto the patio with even more seating around a bonfire or the 6 person HOT TUB under the stars. Catch a sunset or walk the shores of Superior down to Iroquois Point Lighthouse only 1/2 a mile away. Take a swim at Monocle Lake, just a 5 min. walk from the front porch. Link up with the TRAILHEADS for miles of exploration for hiking, biking, snowmobiling, or side-by-sides. If boating, golfing, or gambling suit your fancy, just 7 miles away you can find all 3 at Bay Mills Resort and Casino/ Wild Bluff Golf Course. The monocle lake boat launch is only a 2 mile drive to the opposite end of the lake. Two high quality mountain bikes are available for use as well. Sault Ste. Marie is 30 min away, with lots of tourist shops, the Soo locks, and a wide variety of dining down on portage avenue.

Our Favorite Place in the UP
We spend a great deal of time in the UP, having just graduated our son from LSSU this past weekend. While we could have rented a hotel room for the three nights, I wanted a remote setting with our home feeling and the ability to cook for our son after his graduation. This house is an amazing property, among the best I have stayed within the US as I travel for business as a senior executive. The property is top notch, amazingly clean and they think of everything! Among the welcome is a homemade cookies, treats and such from an area business where they support local. I would highly recommend this to travelers who want to experience the GREAT NORTH. You better get it booked before we do!

Absolutely beautiful Home
I highly recommend staying here if you are thinking about being anywhere in the area. I rented it for 1 week and ended up renting it for another week because it just felt like home. Total 5 Star place and Host.

Family vacation for the final farewell for Papa
This is a wonderful property. Great for a family or large group, very well laid out with every convenience. I loved the screened in porce, the kids loved having the pool table and games down stairs, plenty of outlets for all the electronics. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful. Luxury and comfortable was the sentiment expressed by all. They thought of everything.

The owners undersold how great the place is. Pictures don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful, hosts are gracious and thought of all our needs. Whitefish Bay is amazing. Beautiful sandy beaches, clear, clean water and much warmer than we expected. Owners provided all the toys that made for water fun - kayak, paddle boards and sand toys. Great time. We will be back! We all loved everything about this place. It was beautiful and we had everything we could of needed. The blacksyone grill was great and we ate very well. I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family for a great place to stay in the upper peninsula. Thanks for a great experience

My wife said several times during our stay, “wow, this is a full service cabin”. She was right, everything was wonderful for our family stay. Comfortable and relaxing and the cabin has everything we needed and more to enjoy our long weekend. We definitely would encourage anyone to stay here!!

This place is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Trent was a wonderful host. He quickly responded to any and all questions and made our stay so pleasant. Quick rundown of the place for future guests…basement has a game room with ping pong, pool, and foosball. Plus a sauna AND a fully equipped weight room with treadmill! Main floor has a gorgeous master suite with a door to the covered deck and a ton of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with a dining room table that seats 8 plus , a half bath, and a lovely living room. Upstairs has a kids suite with 3 twins AND a queen plus two additional bedrooms with queen beds. Our party of 6 adults and 2 kids stayed there very comfortably and there were couches and air mattresses that could accommodate more. Outside hot tub was user friendly and awesome after a long day. Thank you so much for having us Trent!

Close to fishing, the beach, restaurants, playgrounds, and more! Had amenities at the house inside and out, with great flow and beauty inside to relax in the evening. After enjoying the outdoors all day. The hosts were amazing and so very good at communication and making sure things were well. Would definitely recommend and will try to get back as well!

Beautiful clean cabin with lots of room for our family of 8. Game room in basement was a hit for everyone. Loved relaxing in the hot tub on cold winter nights. Kitchen was well stocked for anything we forgot. Would definitely stay again.

This property is beautiful!! The hosts were amazing! If you needed something at the drop of a hat they were there! Equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was an extra bonus! We had a great week snowmobiling around the area and the cabin wasn’t far at all from the casino and local taverns! We would love to rent again! :)

Exquisite Cabin!
Our girl's weekend was amazing! The cabin is beautiful and so spacious. Something for everyone. Beautiful views of the lake, hot tub, sauna, game room with pool table, piano, board games, and an amazing home gym. The attention to detail makes this cabin one of a kind. Even the twin beds in the kids room were comfortable for adults. The cabin is well stocked, plenty of towels, toiletries and kitchen essentials. The owners really know how to make you feel at home. We can't wait to stay again! Thank you Kris & Trent for a restful girls weekend, we truly felt like we were at a spa.

Snowmobile trip with three generations of family. House had different things to offer for everyone. Family loved the house and the nearby trails. House has a well stocked kitchen and everything is clearly labeled so it’s easy to find. We will definitely stay again. Amazing hosts and house.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods
We had a great time! Super clean and well cared for. Very well stocked kitchen if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, which we did, lots of spices and pantry staples on hand and the cabinets are well labeled so finding what you need (and remembering where to put it back) is easy. So many thoughtful touches throughout. Lots of puzzles, cards and games to play and the game room for the kids in the basement kept them entertained. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We stayed between Christmas and into the New Year and arrived to find Hot Cocoa bombs and candy for each guest to enjoy. We never did see the solo stove that is pictured, but we didn't miss it-it was fairly drizzly during our stay. This one is a winner, don't hesitate to book!
