"We had a great stay in July of 2023. Three large bedrooms and two full baths are perfect for our family of four with enough room for everyone. This is a second floor unit with the entrance on the side. When we stayed the downstairs occupants, whom are owners were not home during the week, so privacy was a bonus. We did meet them and they were very nice though! This place is very clean and you would never know that dogs were okay.... we stay and brigantine every year and always have trouble...

"Conveniently located outside of the boardwalk area (15minutes) very easy drive. Great neighborhood- kitchen was well stocked along with bedding and towels. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere- we would definitely stay here again. Host responded to questions very quickly. Thank you"

"It is a well maintained, comfortable, and nice property that is an easy walk to the beach. It was a bit small for four adults and a dog but definitely would recommend a stay there. We had to adjust our check in time a couple of times due to work schedules and traffic issues, the owners were very understanding and worked with our delays."

It was our first stay in the town as we usually go to ocean city for a week but could not afford that long this time around so we looked for a short stay and was so grateful we found it here. One block to the cleanest beach ever. Walking distance to almost everything was a big plus. We did explore the island by car one day just to see what was around. "Beautiful condo but the walk to the beach was too far."

"We had a great stay. You need correct your description of how away the beach is. It’s not 250 years. More like half mile. Sliding door to patio is very hard to open and you may get stuck outside if you close the door all the way behind you. Master bathroom toilet ran and bathroom tub faucet dripped constantly."
