"We loved staying at this house for our October trip to the Cape. We were 2 families, each with 2 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of space for everyone (the unfinished basement was surprisingly perfect for the kids to hang out in!), and the location was lovely. Right by a trail to gorgeous Nickerson, and close to lots of food and beach options. The hosts were very kind and welcoming (they even included a very thoughtful welcome package with local goodies). Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Had family visit from out of state so rook them to the cape for a couple of days. As has been noted the "third" bedroom is really a loft open to the living room below so if you plan on kids sleeping there while adults are up it may not work out. For us our baby's portable crib fit in the room with us fine so that was fine. Nice location for exploring the cape. Everything in unit was as expected. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit."

"Le cottage de Brewster est très confortable et correspond en tout point avec les photos avec le descriptif donné. Il se trouve dans un lieu très calme et tout proche à pied d'une magnifique plage. Son emplacement est parfait pour découvrir ce merveilleux Cap Cod. Nous ne pouvons que recommander le logement proposé par Gerry avec qui la communication est très pro-active et agréable.
