Tucked away on a secluded lane in the gorgeous Peak 7 neighborhood, this home is only a 5-minute drive from the slopes and a 10-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. Treat your group to a true Colorado mountain experience!

Lil’ Heaven on Peak 7 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that’s ideal for families or groups of up to eight. You can even bring Fido to this mountain retreat! You’ll definitely feel like you’re in the Rocky Mountains with the wood-burning fireplace, large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area, and the easy access to the extensive local trail system that’s perfect for hiking/snowshoeing and mountain biking. Recent updates include new floors and bathrooms!

Inside, the living area is cozy and comfortable with high ceilings and a flat-screen TV. There's a beautiful porch where you can enjoy the pines with a gas grill for barbecuing and an outdoor dining table. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and everything you need to whip up a great meal to keep the troops fed for long days exploring the mountains. The dining room/den is a great place to enjoy a meal or play some cards, with room for six at the dining table and three more at the counter.

There’s complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home and parking for two vehicles. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, this home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. 5 days in the mountains
Cute cabin in the woods right on the way up to one of the peaks of Breck. Incredible views, minutes from Main Street in Breck and great bars, restaurants and shopping. If you don’t want to ski, there’s several Nordic/snowshoe trails within a few minute drive of the house. Highly recommend. Great showers too so you can unwind after a long day of activities in the snow. My family and I had a wonderful vacation!

Great little cabin! Convenient to town and Peaks 7 & 8, as well as hiking trailheads. Primary bed mattress could use an upgrade as well as more comfortable seating outdoors. Suited our needs and was mostly clean with exception of the coffee maker. Overall, would stay again.

We came here on a ski trip with a group of 6. The house was just big enough for 6 of us, but had plenty of living space. The proximity to peak 7 was nice, and it wasn’t too far to town (~15 min drive). The house had everything we needed for a successful trip!

If you are looking for a rustic experience in a historic cabin with a 5 minute drive to Peaks 7 and 8, look no longer. Convenient location to skiing, allowing you to skip the Gondola. Cabin was charming and comfy.

We had a lovely time visiting. The property is located in a quiet and private corner of Breckenridge— close enough to the fun of the ski town without the noise. The home is very spacious and had plenty of room for our group. The management company was also extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely book again!

Lil Heaven on Peak Seven was a lovely, rustic home in a quiet, mountain neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfy. The cabin was just as described. Very close drive to town and hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cute Cabin
The cabin was nice and is well situated on Peak 7 in Breckenridge. Small, but functional, and easy to get in and out. Since it’s on a hill, take their advice - a 4-wheel drive car is necessary in the winter! The ad says it’ll sleep 8, and that’s likely true, but it would be very tight due to the size of the kitchen and bathroom situation. The 2nd bedroom is also packed…queen bed is about all that fits. We had 4 and it was comfortable. Overall, the place is well kept and we enjoyed our stay!

Cut branches blocking drive, marijuana roaches on patio, inside smelled heavily of incense, dog hair throughout from previous renter, beds uncomfortable, sheets did not fit beds, insects in the cabin, no storage space, inadequate kitchenware, basic television, and propane grill not connected properly resulting in a burned hand.

Perfect location surrounded by the Rockies
Perfect distance from the town of Breck. My sons live here and we had a beautiful experience of everything the Rockies have it offer. The house was a ski house. Perfect for our two dogs traveling with us. Simple but had everything we needed. No washer/dryer and a little dusty and some garbage in the yard but overall good.

Good location
We enjoyed our weekend stay but the cabin needs some serious TLC. It's a good location away from busy downtown Breck yet close enough so it's easy to get there. It's a great location for families with a dog. Our dog loved it. Here's what we found. The inside door handle fell off when we first opened the door and we were stuck inside until we figured out how to un-jam the back door door. The property manager had the door fixed quickly the next morning which was great. A towel holder in the master bath was not secured to the wall and fell off also. The table and some chairs in the dining area need to be tightened as they were very wobbly. We appreciated that we could have our dog with us but noticed that previous dogs had left a lot of hair on nearly all of the furniture - the color didn't match so we know it wasn't our dog. We use a shop vac on our furniture at home so I suggest that be done from time to time. The mattress in the master seemed old and sunk toward the middle with both of us in bed. We travel a lot and use VRBO regularly so we just rolled with it and enjoyed the weekend.

While the cabin is a bit outdated and smaller than the photos portrayed, it served its purpose. It’s a quaint cabin in a peaceful area. The outside is a bit rugged and uncared for. It could definitely use some attention and sprucing up.

Mountain Getaway
Lil’ heaven on peak 7 may be on the small side, and have a rustic feel to it, but the views and the experience more than make up for outdated furniture. The fireplace is a huge plus, and the floor heaters are like magic. It’s also close to everything in town, and far enough away to feel like a real getaway. Overall, a great getaway and ideal memory to build on.

The rental was exactly how it was listed on the website. It was well equipped with everything you could need. We had a few issues with the WiFi the first night and never received a call back after leaving a message, but other than that it was perfectly splendid.
