Beautiful Condo walking distance to everything.
This condo has a great location to town. It is modern and clean. Beautiful view from windows. Only disappointment was the shower door in master was broken and they had a shower curtain in there. I'm not a fan of shower curtains. Also a smoke alarm was hanging by the wires not sure what happened there. All in all an amazing place to stay if you are in Breckenridge.

Absolutely stunning condo! We celebrated our honeymoon here and it could not have been a more perfect location, amazing ambiance, extremely clean and the hosts were SO accommodating and kind. We can’t wait to stay here again! Highly recommend

Convenient ski in/out with family
All five of us loved our Christmas vacation in Breckenridge in the Village Condo! No car needed and grocery store is a 6 minute walk into downtown. The condo was spacious with two large bathrooms. Washer/Dryer right outside condo door (app is easy to pay for the laundry loads). Bright Haus provided wonderful recommendations and quickly provided answers to any questions! Thank you for the best trip we have had yet!

Wonderful ski-in, ski-out in the heart of Breckenridge
The property was even better than advertised! Wonderful layout, beautiful linens, well stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes and utensils. Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to family circumstances but Sandy and Jeff were extremely gracious! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I came to Breckenridge to see the beautiful aspens and to look for a seasonal home. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer condo! It was the perfect location and easily accessible to Main Street. The digital keyless entry was a game changer!! It made the checkin process so much easier. Thanks again for the hospitality. Beautifully re-modeled Condo!
Beautifully remodeled condo within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were so comfy! Each bedroom had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the scenery. One day we got to watch an Osprey trying to catch a fish in Maggie Pond.The living room had an L-shaped sofa that was probably one of the most comfortable sofas I've ever sat on! There was also a huge flat screen TV to watch movies. The owners were very responsive in answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend this condo!

Spacious Clean Remodeled Condo w Views!
The condo was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Very spacious feeling, large primary suite and the kids loved the bunk room. Beautiful views of the mountains, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Didn’t feel crowded or cluttered at all being in town. We utilized the pool and hot tubs which the kids loved. We had to park near the pool due to our rooftop carrier on our suv, it was possibly even more convenient than the parking garage. Owner was responsive during the booking process. Two great balconies for enjoying the view / weather. Laundry located just outside the front door, very convenient. Full kitchen, which we did not use but it had everything you would need including a toaster and a coffee pot. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in town! We enjoyed walking everywhere and trying all the different restaurants Breck has to offer- and there are so many! The condo itself has many hooks, closets and places for organizing your belongings which made keeping things tidy a breeze.

Perfect location
This was a PERFECT location to be able to walk around Main Street. We only used our car once to get to lake Dillon for fishing - otherwise we were able to walk everywhere. Condo was clean, updated, and beds were comfortable. Thank you!

Great ski location in Breck
My family of 4 spent a great Spring Break in Breckenridge in this condo. Couldn’t be a better location. We walked everywhere we went. True ski in/out. Condo was clean, comfortable, everything we needed. The equipment drier was a nice touch. Highly recommend this condo.

Amazing ski trip at Bright Haus Condos
If you're looking for an amazing ski condo that's close to everything, I highly recommend checking out Bright Haus Condos. We booked this place for a last minute ski trip and it was everything we wanted and more. The location is unbeatable! It’s a few steps away from the lifts, restaurants, and shops at The Village of Breckenridge. It was so nice to walk everywhere and not worry about driving or parking. When we arrived, we were blown away by how cozy and welcoming the condo felt. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and the beds were so comfy that we all slept like babies. An extra perk is the “Village” ski school drop off right in the building. We took the elevator to the lower level and dropped the kids off…so convenient! The owners were super helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Awesome View and Perfect Family Vacation!
This condo is a hidden gem! The owners just purchased the place and did an amazing job on the renovations – it is one of the coolest places we have ever stayed. The beds were super comfortable, everyone had ample space to spread out, and the bunk beds were a unique touch that even the adults loved! The family loved the bunk beds – but it was so great to have two KING beds, those are so rare to find in Breck! And that view! I could not get enough of it! GORGEOUS! The balcony was my favorite spot to sit in the morning with some coffee and just admire how beautiful the Maggie Pond and Breckenridge Ski slopes are. Being able to pop out onto the balcony and see the kids coming down the mountain was super cool! Ski school drop off was on the ground floor of the building, which was great for those cold little feet at the end of the day! The kids loved the pool and the hot tubs were a great way to end the day! Everything was perfect. 10/10 you should book this for your next family holiday! I know we are excited to come back again next year!

When we walked into the condo we thought we might have been cat-fished, the pictures made the condo look way better. The condo was dark, smelled of moth balls, popcorn ceilings, the master bathroom was terrible—small and open to the room, the bed was really soft and made noises, pillows were so thin, bathroom towels were small and rough, the refrigerator doesn’t have filtered water and you need to make your own ice, the couches weren’t very comfortable either. The patio was great we hung out there, there is a huge smart TV, heated garage was great, and the location was awesome!! Communication with owners was very easy!

This was a great property! The location was perfect for walking anywhere in town we wanted to get to and just a quick drive to all the trail heads we chose to go. It was clean and had everything we needed. The property owners were great and very quick to respond if I had any questions. I would stay again and recommend to others!
