It was a beautiful drive about 10 mins from Branson. We got to see wildlife near our location and enjoyed the view. The stay couldn't have gone any better. They were sure to detail things and kept any confusion from happening. Even emailed to make sure we had made it there safely. Wonderful hosts & a wonderful location!

This was a good sized and very clean place. The upstairs unit was noisy and could be heard in the unit we stayed in downstairs. There was only 1 kitchen towel and washrag. Since we preferred to hand wash dishes, this was a slight inconvenience. Also we had 7 individuals staying for 6 nights with only 4 rolls of toilet paper for the entire time - we ended up buying more rolls to get through the stay. Other than the minor inconveniences, the stay was good.

Plenty of room for my family of 9. The property manager came by and dropped off an air mattress to replace one from the previous client. I didn’t even realize there was an air mattress but we didn’t need it. Definitely will stay again

Place was decent. Looks like they need a better repair person. There are a lot of things that need fixed and cleaned. The living room and dining room furniture were dirty and the patio furniture was unusable due to the dirty condition they were in. The space was good and fans in every room were nice. There were no blinds on the windows and the curtains are see through. This was concerning since it is in the ground floor.

We stayed here for the past 10 days. The house was as pictured. The pool was nice for the kids. Communication with the property manager was good. Only issues we had was dirty floors & there was an ant issue but when I notified them they brought some spray right away. The upstairs people for the last part of our trip was very obnoxious all throughout the night but that's not something the owners can really help. Over all we had a nice time and for the price you really can't beat it. I would stay here again.

A great time of reconnecting
We enjoyed our stay very much. There are a few minor issues with the place but I think that’s pretty normal. The king bed is not super comfortable but functional. The hall flooring needs to be repaired as it pokes up in one spot. Other than that the condo was clean and pretty well stocked. Property management is on their A game. We needed a few essential items for the kitchen and within the hour Simone showed up with what was missing. Very nice to work with. The property is listed as handicap accessible or wheelchair accessible but the bathroom isn’t completely accessible. There are tubs in both bathrooms that made it difficult for showering. All in al I would recommend Patriot place to many others.

Arrived late.The place was filthy. Beds were disgusting. Had to wear shoes cause floor was not clean. Called manager several times before answering. Was moved that night and was told cleaning crew would clean next day. Came back and beds were changed but blankets were gross. No laundry soap. Had to buy our own and wash all bedding before we could go to bed. Cleaning didn't do anything but change sheets. Horrible experience for our first time. Won't make this mistake again.
