Perfect for our short trip
Had a few days to get away-booking in December for a March outing in Missouri is never guaranteed to have cooperative weather, so we chose this house because we figured we could just hang out and chill the entire time we were in Branson if the weather wasnt very good. Definitely glad we had the pool heated as our daughter stayed in the pool a minimum of 5hrs a day sometimes more. We played many games of racquetball and pickeball on the court. Was super nice that the court was next to the pool- considering our daughter never wanted to get out. Plenty of space, clean. We had no issues, may try and come back with a larger group next time as there was way more space than just the 4 of us needed. Easy to find and get too also.

Family and friends staycation
House was exactly as described. Very clean and very well appointed, especially the kitchen. Adults and Kids really enjoyed the heated pool and basketball court. Deer came up behind the house every evening. The driveway to the garage is very steep, and would be difficult to get up and down in inclement weather. We only had 2 vehicles so there was adequate parking in front of the house for us. Communication with management

Getaway with Work Family
The property is listed as handicap accessible. It however is NOT truly. The entrance to the garage is extremely steep, which puts you on the middle floor, and once inside cannot get up or down. The entrance to the house does not have a ramp, it has a long deck with multiple steps up that you have to lift the wheel chair. There are not grab bars in the shower. There was not a shower chair. There is also a step that you have to step over to get into the shower. The property was clean, and nice. There was a lot of mold over the washer and dryer on the ceiling. The wall cut out to get to the jacuzzi tub was not secured, it was tiled and heavy and fell on my ankle and cut it open. All of the balls in the gym were flat and there was not a needle for the air pump. Beautiful view, close to the strip. We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Loved the layout of the home. It was comfortable. Our Clients had a great time. I would stay there again, but not with anyone that is in a wheelchair as it is not really handicap accessible.

Just okay. Cost did not support the condition of the property.
Home is in need of repairs. Access door to bathtub was open and lying on the floor of the master bathroom upon arrival. This door has missing tiles. Cracked and loose tiles around the threshold of master bath. Oven would auto shut off before reaching pre-heat temp. Smoke detector batteries needed replaced. Low battery chirping woke up the house at 04:30. (Contact person was notified and never responded) Wood rot and loose decking boards on decks and walkways were concerning. Visible mold on the laundry room ceiling is unacceptable. Lastly, upon arrival, the pool water level was low. The cost of this stay did not match the accommodations.

My husband and 3 kids stayed here for a vacation to Branson. The house is huge! Great location. However, the code to the front door didn’t work. We ended up going in and out through the garage. The place had a lot of dead bugs everywhere. When you used the master shower it leaked a lot of water onto the basketball court. The very downstairs shower barely worked. Also, the basketball court appears to have mold growing on the ceiling. Overall, we had a nice stay but I wouldn’t stay here again. The house needs a LOT of TLC.

Spring Break stay
So I really wanted to love this stay, and for the most part I did, the beds were comfortable the rooms were big, and the layout was nice. The location was great and the house seemed to have more space than we needed. The couple of issues we had were the cleanliness in the pool area I am not sure what was in the corners of the basketball area but it was black and there was a lot of it. I hope it was dust but it looked like mold. I didn't allow much play in there because of the concern of what that was. Also, it is a ton of stairs so I wouldn't recommend for the really young or physically challenged. The smaller part of the pool which looks like a hot tub was actually covered with a deck so that was a major disappointment. we were really looking forward to that. The pool is big, it wasn't super clean, could use a cleaning for sure, and we didn't love having to pay extra to heat it. Overall the stay was fine, it could be cleaner, and I felt like it was overpriced but kids had fun. Also, the hole in second story to view into basketball room, and the rapunzel window in second bedroom on main level would be a big concern for littles.

Amazing Property - Make sure to add Pool Heating
We love this place so much that we have visited this house three times! One thing I always find odd - is that the pool heating is an "extra" add-on, but the pool is "unusable if not heated." I wish they would add the $25 a day to the rate and include it. We had an issue where we thought it was added, and it was not. Thank goodness we thought to check the day before arriving, and we were able to catch it. I would hate to see someone else's trip get ruined because of this mistake. Adding the pool heating charge automatically would solve this easily.

Stayed at this location for the 4th time and we absolutely love it. I bring a bunch of guys down for a golf trip, and there's always plenty of room for us. Love all the space and would definitely recommend for large groups.

Another great trip

Best place ever!
The indoor swimming pool and the racquetball court makes this the perfect home for our three generations. Lots of room to spread out, but still join around the table to place board games, eat, and talk. We brought our own "pop up" net, so we played volleyball, badminton, and pickle ball. Also played 4 square, basketball, and racquetball. Be sure to play the small fee to get the pool heated-it's well worth it. Lots of fun, lots of laughter, lots of talking late into the night, lots of games, lots of love and lots of memories.

Plenty of room to spread out and lots of activities for the kids and would stay again. Owner was extremely responsive to a few issues that popped up during our stay; water heaters stopped working and the driveway and garage were unusable due to ice and the steep slope, they made several attempts to salt. Also, we went on possibly the coldest weekend of the year. The pool heater struggled to keep up and the court walls and floor were damp, again likely due to the weather but neither kept the kids from using both!

The home had everything we wanted and was a nice get away. We had some concerns with mold in the basketball court and some other areas in the home. There was tile in the bathroom that came up when you stepped on it so it was a safety concern for kids. Another concern for the kids was the bedroom by the stairs with a opening over the stairs that couldn’t be locked. The house needs some tlc but overall is nice.
