“Booking this property many months ago, I was nervous about the check in process since I was traveling from Arizona and had no clear instructions how to check in. I received instructions the morning of my travel. It would have been nice if the owner contacted us a few days before to alleviate any anxiety that I had. However, I was able to text and the directions were very clear as I was on route the day of arrival. Once I arrived, I needed a few missing amenities, but was able to text and……

“The owner was very responsive when we asked questions before, during, and after the stay. The property was clean and had many of the little extras that made the stay comfortable. Things like dishwashing liquid and trash bags that other places I've stayed didnt have. I also appreciated that the owner had netflix amd wifi that we could use. Its in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from walmart and other shops. It also isnt too far from Toronto if youd like to do some sight-seeing and……

“The host was very nice and friendly. The wifi worked perfectly fine. The room was clean and bedsheet was clean. However, I found strands of hair in the shower and basin. Also, there was a TV in the ad but there was no Tv when I got the room. The first night, my room was cold at night and I messaged the host to turn on the central heating but I got no response. Overall, I enjoyed my stay cos it was quiet and I had my privacy.”

“Pros: - Decent place. - Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Cons: - There is a TV gadget, but no signal/service. It's useless. It wasn't indicated in the ad. - The apartment was simply cold (in May). We needed to ask them to bring an electric heater, which was not sufficient either. - The entrance door of the unit was not sturdy. It did not look safe enough. - There were not enough towels to use. The ones available were of very poor quality and old.”

“Overall very good stay. Owner was quick to respond to needs. Beds were very comfortable. The selection of channels was more than enough. Of note, there is construction going on and the end of the road has a 4 " gap you have to drive over and we got a flat tire. Can't blame the homeowner but was not a good strat to our getaway. Would definitely stay again!”
