"The host(s) are effective communicators and very easy with which to work and the check-in process is very well thought out and planned. The location of the home itself is decent; it's Bradenton, close to Lakewood Ranch, so there isn't very much to do nearby, but there are a decent number of restaurants close by. The neighborhood is very quiet and quite safe. It's gated. We were issued a gate pass to come and go and didn't have any issues. The home itself is a bit older, but in pretty good...

"We stayed 4 days but wish it was longer. The house was perfect. The kitchen had everything that you needed and the washer and dryer were nice to clean the towel after the beach or pool. We loved the tropical feel in the pool areas with the tropical trees!"

The honesty of housekeeping is very much appreciated as they turned in my necklace a earrings I had forgotten, when I called it was an easy process to have them shipped to me, please let the staff know how much we appreciate them."

Do not park in back, pond has alligators and they sun themselves in the winter months out of the water by parking lot. Yet this is a Great property. "
