"Didn't know beforehand that property was on 3rd floor. Elevator was broken during entire 2 weeks, so carrying heavy suitcases and shopping, as well as my wife's sore knee made this unpleasant. Designated parking was on upper level, again, making it hard to come to and from the property. No air conditioning and no windows that opened made it unpleasantly hot for most of our stay. No instructions available on how to use electronics, particularly the Beko stove/oven and washer. A few supplies...

"The apartments have no windows so some strange ventilation system that exchanges outside air for indoors. On hot days/nights, this means the apartment is very hot and stuffy. Why there is no air conditioning is beyond me - luxury living this is not. Basic kitchen utensils but nothing to make a smoothie or mash a potato. Decent pans, but that is it. Dirt under the ben is incredible - never been cleaned it seems. If you ignore the word 'luxury' and you can handle the heat, this may be a suitable...
