Not a lot of storage in kitchen for groceries/supplies and gave only three stars for cleanliness as dishes/silverware were dirty when we went to use and there were no dishwasher pods. Our attempt to connect to Wifi had to be rebooted and someone came immediately to help. We had no other issues that needed attention.
