“My family and I walked into the flat with high intentions but found a filthy apartment where the previous renters had left the place in ruin. There was blood on the toilet seat, dirty laundry everywhere, cigarettes smoked and left, broken furniture, food waste and dirty dishes, mattresses were covered in stains and the floor was appalling. This was an unsanitary environment which we removed our children from immediately. The owner did not respond and has still not gotten back to us.”

“The apartment was lovely, comfortable & spotlessly clean. Although compact, there was everything we could possibly need for our four night stay. Close to amenities & a nice walk to the beach & pier at Boscombe.”
