Sunny and spacious, this unique 3rd story penthouse apartment, with its breathtaking views, is located in the coveted residential West-End neighborhood. You will have the entire top floor. Nestled at the base of the mountains, hiking and bike trails are easily accessed 5 minutes outside the front door. A 15-20 minute stroll through quiet residential neighborhoods, or on the city wide bike path, will bring you to Pearl St. shopping & restaurants. CU campus is just 3 miles away. The best of Boulder is here for you to enjoy!

From the moment I booked, the manager was extremely helpful! She answered every question I had and gave me more, appreciated information. The unit was absolutely cleaned meticulously!! There is everything you could possibly need for a stay there and more!! Everything you would need for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and more!! I have never stayed that stayed at a VRBO nicer in all areas!!

Great location, immaculate, lots of homey touches like french press coffee and eucalyptus for the shower. Laura stays in touch and makes sure you’re all set. Truly a perfect place to stay for Boulder fun. Highly recommend.

Sunny Modern Luxury Condo near the Heart of Town
This 2 BR/2 BA condo is gorgeous! Sun streams in and you can look out at the front range. The decor is lovely and comfortable, including the beds. Little luxuries like a coffee bar, wine fridge, fireplace, ski boot dryer, fluffy towels and pillows add to the comfort. To top it off, Laura & Zachary are stellar hosts who made us feel welcome and cared for during our stay, including an easy checkin/checkout and tips on local eateries. Highly recommend!!!
