"John & Marsha are the perfect hosts of this beautiful B&B in the mountains. Breakfast was tasty and unique each day we were there. The room was on the second floor which require a fairly steep flight of stairs. It is central to the area; Blowing Rock, Boone,Banner Elk, etc. "

"We have stayed in lots of B&Bs, but this lodge is the most beautiful we have ever seen. It is hard to describe how amazing it is and everything was just perfect. We loved staying here. The manager, Bobbie, was just so wonderful and we enjoyed talking with her, and her recommendations for places to visit were great. We felt at home here, and would very highly recommend staying here. We hope to return! 10 out of 10 all around!! "

"This place was absolutely gorgeous! The setting the home. Had everything we needed and more. We were in town for my son’s wedding and everyone that came raved!
