At the heart of the district is the Bologna Exhibition Centre. It occupies 92.7 acres (37.5 hectares) of indoor and outdoor areas and features 18 exhibition halls. The themes of other events range from fitness and wellness to architecture, cosplay, literature and video gaming.
A popular place within the exhibition center is the Teatro EuropAuditorium. The venue’s 1,700-capacity auditorium is the largest in the province of Emilia Romagna. Check the busy year-round schedule for ballets, Broadway musicals, symphony orchestra and tribute band concerts.
From the exhibition center, walk along the Piazza della Costituzione for just under 10 minutes to reach the CUBO Condividere Cultural, a multimedia center that showcases modern life in an artistic way via concerts, exhibitions, talks and workshops.

The Bologna Fiere District is to the north of Bologna City Center and is accessible via several public bus lines. Bologna Centrale railway station is about a 25-minute walk to the southwest of the area. Drivers can park on the streets for a fee.
