The condo was a great location for accessing the beach, restaurants, Fort Fisher, Wilmington, etc. We had quick access to the beach, the pools and the covered parking, which is always a plush. The unit was clean. The beds were not very comfortable, so be aware if you are pretty sensitive to that. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking indoors. "Accommodations were clean and we were very comfortable. It was our little dog's first visit to the beach and it was a wonderful experience for him. Our only problem and it is just because of being at the senior age status in our lives is that the steps got to be a challenge for both of us and I'm a runner! lol!
