"Hotel Felix was a smaller hotel but didn’t feel like one. Our room was small, but it was affordable, walkable to everything, the staff was kind, and there was free coffee and fruit every morning. Would return!"

"Family weekend trip. Check in was smooth and the front desk staff friendly. We had a 2 bed, 2 bath. Perfect for 3 of us. Beds comfortable but bathroom’s pretty small. Overall, a good room for what we needed. We used the pool two times; clean, comfortable area with plenty of towels. The evening hotel lobby bar and express food service staff were rude! Day staff was friendly. Bell service and valet all great! Great location and we will be back but taking our evening fun elsewhere."

"Our stay at the Kinzie was awesome!! The staff greeted us every day and cared about our plans for the day. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. We walked pretty much everywhere. Breakfast was great too!!"
