However as we pulled into the property, a lady had already parked there and plugged her car in and quickly ran into the house. The email told us to park in that place. "The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"Our modern, one-bedroom home was terrifically thought out, comfortable and well located for our 10 day stay. Fully equipped and very clean. We even managed an over-night by our granddaughters (8 & 5). Small yard allowed our dog to stretch and for us to take in the sun. Dedicated parking removed that hassle. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and convenient to Sausalito to Mill Valley. We'll be happy to return."

"The place was updated, clean and tidy. The rooms are as portrayed in the listing and it’s a nice neighborhood. We didn’t have any challenge with parking but be aware of the time limitations. Noise in the front bedroom was the biggest issue for us. Between street and neighborhood night noise, the room is difficult to sleep in. The back bedroom is quiet and the pull out bed in the couch is also available and quiet. I think the place could be improved by a soundproof curtain in that front alcove....

"Excellent customer service! We had a little issue with an arranged late check out. The front desk immediately took care of that issue by refunding the late checkout fee. I liked how they were already on top of it by the time I went to go check out to talk to them about the issue that we had. I will definitely stay here again based on how they handled the situation. The staff is proactive and very friendly. They seem like they truly care of you return to the property again to stay. "
