"Cookies and kid gift bag at arrival with popcorn nightly. Front desk staff was lacking in friendliness and was someone different every time went downstairs the 5 days we were there. Very cozy and relaxing hotel. Pool was hot and smelled horribly of chlorine. "

"We were pleased with our one night stay. Our rooms were clean and workers were pleasant. The only GF option for breakfast was eggs, sausage or a yogurt would like to have had either a gf bagel or gf toast options. We didn't get to use the pool but it is very small!"

"We returned to Willow Brook for a second time and it did not disappoint. Our kids loved playing in the pools, going down the water slide, playing in the little kids pool and splashers, and even asked to eat breakfast there rather than going out. After breakfast, we enjoyed the river walk that spans just behind the facility. The facilities manager was very kind to offer us directions on the easiest route. We all slept like rocks. We will certainly return."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. The rate was really low.The rooms are large; however parking is limited. That night the grass was mowed which made it difficult to fall asleep. My first stay here was great. It's under new management."
