The breakfast buffet was not attended well. We had breakfast at 7:30-7:45am and most items were already depleted and not refilled within at least the half hour we were there. The property definitely needs attention, carpets, furniture, paint etc…

We utilized the pool and breakfast while there. The pool was warm but maybe a bit too warm? Still nice to have with our kids. The breakfast options were really nice, seemed to be replenished frequently and the area was clean. Housekeeping staff were very kind as well. Facilities were quite in need of updating, notably the carpet in our room was pretty gross (only noted due to a crawling child) and the shower curtain didn’t fit the length of the shower. But overall fine and we had no major issues. Great location!

our room was big and we appreciated the more comfortable space, the facility is getting a bit dated and our room showed signs of wear and tear that should be updated, including sofa cushions worn, rust and grime on the bottom of the bathroom door frames, dirt and (maybe even blood ?) on the top of the bathroom door frame, and a worn mattress. The cleaning crew came in after two days but forgot to finish cleaning the bathroom as the tub and shower were cleaned and towels refreshed but the toilet and sink were not cleaned and toilet tissue was left sitting on the sink rather than put on the roll. Things were not bad enough to complain or move but just maybe sloppy or careless cleaning. We will likely stay somewhere else on our next trip.

This hotel was in a great location, close to shopping and several dining options. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The only drawback is that the property, especially the pool, was dated and could use a remodel. Rooms were the same.
