Even though a basketball team was staying there, tge host gave a room at the end of the hall that was very quiet.

The bed was beyond hard. We should’ve been notified that we had joint rooms even though we didn’t book that. Couldn’t get comfortable due to these conditions. Do better next time.

Facilities were ok. Clean.
There were multiple events in Birmingham. Facility was full which led to some delays in checking in. The staff was great, helpful and courteous.

The young lady that checked us in was great. When I asked for a luggage carrier I was told I could get one on the 4th floor, not let me get you one. As we were checking out, my wife asked if there was another restroom that she could use,the woman with the tattoo on her neck didn't look up and just said no. I don't see how you command the rates that you do. It's not a 3 star hotel, but more like a 2 star. I won't be staying in a Hampton inn again.
