“We stayed here to visit UAB. It is conveniently located to the campus as well as several restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff is warm, welcoming, and hard working. I especially appreciated Tracy at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent.”

“Staff in evening were super nice and amazing, breakfast staff were super rude. Free breakfast is terrible, expensive breakfast down the hall is amazing. Hidden cost. Probably won’t go back ”

“The room was nice but very basic in amenities. No mini-fridge or wet bar of any sort. Coffee maker was on a desk. It did have a safe though. Everything seemed clean and the bed, pillows, and linens were soft and comfortable. The AC was set to 62 when we got to our room and said the temp in the room was 64 but it was probably about 70 degrees in there. Fine for us, but seems that it may not be working properly. We only stayed one night, so wasn't enough for us to ask staff about it. The building……

“Nice room with great bed. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Disappointed with limited menu at restaurant and no free breakfast and that they charged for wifi. Need grab bars in shower.”

“Great place to stay with the family. My only complaint is petty, but bring a block for any type of charger you may have. I forget every time. This hotel does not have any type of USB charging port in the room. It will save you time having to sit in the car to car phones late at night. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel.”
