“We immediately felt welcome and pampered in this attractive apartment. It is comfortable, quiet, and tastefully decorated, including new appliances. It has a relaxing rural ambiance with easy access to the Interstate and a short drive to Binghamton. Daryl, the host, is friendly, insightful, and helpful. We got a good night's sleep, and our little dog enjoyed running around in the yard. All in all, an unusually pleasant place to stay.”

“We were there for house hunting. Location was great for us. Everything was within a 5-10 minute drive. Home was neat and clean. Furnished fairly well for the size but there was no place for me to unpack. There were hangers in the closets but they were stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc. Host only communicated through the VRBO message board which made it a little difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if needed.”

“The location and easy access worked perfectly for me as I was visiting family for the week and the place has a washer and dryer. I may be going back up to Windsor in the near future and will look to rent this again. All the best, Lawrence.”

“This is our second time at the property and it was perfect. The house is spotlessly clean and perfect for our family of three. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, which is what we did each night as after skiing we were too tired to go out. Plenty of linens and space for all the snow gear. Great location close to Greek Peak and the lodge for the water park.”

“Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on.”

“The apartment was adorable and provided a great place for my grandson and I to just hang out after celebrating middle school promotion. His house is only 10 minutes from town so it was easy to go between. Love the apartment and the town. We had several good meals while watching TV. Thanks so much for helping to make my stay amazing!”

“It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.”

“No AC that was weird but really didn’t need it fans in every room but not on living room,kitchen or dining room. House have a back yard but you can not access door is locked with wire. Tub is broken but they put a cover on it I thought it was not acceptable according to VRBO standards but in general was a good place for the value”
