“Rooms were clean, the service was great. Hotel looked new overall. The only thing I'd say was the breakfast could have been better (coffee ran out, food not super plentiful)”

“The room was comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was friendly, but I had to contact the desk to have my trash emptied and to have the used towels removed, and clean towels brought in. That was attended to immediately. Furthermore, when I returned home, I discovered that I had been charged twice for the $75.00 pet fee. I called, and the individual at the desk said the problem would be rectified Monday. Hopefully, I will soon see that the money has been credited to my account.”

“Bed comfortable, check-in responsive to room desired, room temperature on the warm side, refrigerator very cold but hummed continuously, breakfast selections standard but hot food rotated daily, nice pool for warm weather, lots of eateries near by and easy access to downtown.”
